Books at New Beginnings

The following terms and conditions apply to purchases made on this website. The contract for the purchases made through the website will be between you the customer and New Beginnings, PO Box 9861, Frinton-on-Sea, Essex CO13 0WS

New Beginnings must receive payment in full including any delivery charges before the goods will be dispatched. Customer orders will be confirmed by email once the order is received. A second email will be sent when the order is dispatch. The confirmation emails will be sent to the email address provided by the customer at the time of ordering.

Every effort is made to ensure that the goods dispatched are in perfect condition and well packaged, however in the unlikely event that they are damaged in transit please contact us by email and a replacement will be arranged. If a replacement is not available a full refund will be made to the original card to which the order was charged.

Goods may be returned if you are not completely satisfied providing that any protective packaging has not been removed. A returns authorisation number must be obtained from New Beginnings before goods can be returned. To arrange this please email sales@BooksatNewBeginnings.com A full refund will be issued on receipt of the returned, undamaged goods.

CANCELLATIONS
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchaed from this website for a full refund. This does not apply to items peronalised or created to your specification; audio/video recordings or software that you have unsealed; periodicals/magazines; or any other item that by it's nature e.g. earrings, cosmetics or perishable goods.

To cancel an order, simply email or write to us (see Contact Us page for details) within 3 working days of delivery for a cancellation reference which must be clearly diplayed on the outside of the package, goods returned without a cancellation reference provided by us will not be accepted.

Neither New Beginnings, its employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the site in any way.
